Ravens cap participation at New England Championship
Hyde finished 19th in the discus on Saturday at the New England Championship.
EASTON, Mass. (May 11, 2013) – Freshman Nadine Hyde (Maple Valley, Wash.) finished 19th in the discus on Saturday for the Franklin Pierce University women's track and field team on the third and final day of the NEICAAA Outdoor Track and Field Championship, hosted by Stonehill at W.B. Mason Stadium.
Hyde's throw of 34.99 meters was just over 2.50 meters off her performance last week at the Northeast-10 Championship, though it bettered her mark from two weeks ago, the last time the Ravens competed at Stonehill. Hyde was the only Raven in action for Franklin Pierce on Saturday at the New England Championship.
